Christian Commentary on Portals to Hell episode demonstrating a Spirit Writing Psychic

Look's like we won't be seeing much of Paranormal Lockdown anymore. Katrina has moved on with a new show, Portals to Hell. In this episode, Katrina goes to Bobby Macky's World, which is the paranormal show version of jumping the shark. Same players, same Bishop Long interview, same story, nothing new. Even the demons are sick of the paranormal peeps showing up. I would have passed this yawner up as well, but the show demonstrated yet another occult psychic demonstration of spirit writing.  I will point out in the accompanying video that spirit writing is not a mediumship gift, but actually a familiar spirit perpetrating the lie of a gift. All gifts come from God, and He does not give out gifts to communicate with the dead. It is categorized as sorcery - the occult!!!

Deuteronomy 18:10-12
10Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, practices divination or conjury, interprets omens, practices sorcery,
11casts spells, consults a medium or familiar spirit, or inquires of the dead.
12For whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD. And because of these detestable things, the LORD your God is driving out the nations before you.…

My comments on the Spirit Writing...

Hope this information helps. There is a lot of disinformation out there now and the occult is trying to make themselves more palatable to main stream America. Don't be fooled!!!

Commentary on The Dead Files - Paranormal Missed the Ritual Abuse Case

I would like to comment now on the Dead Files Season 12 Episode 09 - Cursed. Was this a case of Satanic Ritual Abuse and the paranormal psychic expert missed it?

Learn the proper way for Christian ministers to handle the occult cases of paranormal activity. What are the signs to look for and how do you know if you stumbled into a case of ritual abuse? What sort of curse breaking needs to be done? I address these questions in this A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare blog post.

Hope this information helps you in ministry and edifies you on handling the occult.

FG2SW Mail Bag Help Me I'm Cursed

Today we're going reach into the Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare's mail bag and pull out a letter.  Reaching into the mail bag, I pull out a letter, and it is from Ms. Michelle, and it is about the blog article, "Help Me I'm Cursed".

Ms. Michelle writes,

I have one question, it has many facets, but is really only one. I will try to keep it intelligent (I saw in a previous blog that you don't accept comments from unintelligent people). Okay, here it is:
You say you are a Christian, yet your first response in this blog is for the person to buy your book to get the proper prayer. Seriously? You need to make money off of someone who is down on their luck, or is cursed? You need to say, buy my book? Why couldn't you just tell them the prayer? Being a Christian, I would think that you wouldn't charge for helping them. Please explain why.

Wow! A loaded e-mail from our reader, Michelle. Let me take a crack at this. Let's start with the first statement,

I will try to keep it intelligent (I saw in a previous blog that you don't accept comments from unintelligent people).

Actually, what I used to request at the end of every blog post is (up until about 2016) was,

Please also note, if you post a comment, I require that it be an intelligent comment with facts to collaborate and support your point. I have an expectation of the maturity level of the person posting a comment to participate -- otherwise, I will delete it.

The reason I posted this was that some people came in dropped derogatory comments, or opinions, that were in no way open to conversation or dialogue. Controversial arguments were ok, just, it had to be expressed in a way to invite conversation in the comment section. Otherwise, unsubstantiated and lewd comments were deleted. There are boundaries I would like to see people abide by in this space as we discuss some tough topics.

Example of what I typically deleted from the comments, "People who believe in God are idiots."

Michelle, to address the meat of your letter, you write,

You say you are a Christian, yet your first response in this blog is for the person to buy your book to get the proper prayer. Seriously?

In the third paragraph of the article, I did write,

A good place to start when ministering in curse breaking is using my book, A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare, in the appendix there is a curse-breaking prayer. It's been pretty effective in stirring up curses if they exist during the prayer session. If nothing shows up to the party during curse breaking just have a conversation afterward about the individual's system of beliefs about themselves.

But the rest of the article was focused on dealing with the strongholds and ungodly belief systems that systemically invade the mind. The problem with curses is the mindset a person allows to develop inside of themselves. It becomes a belief system of lies. Curse breaking doesn't remove these thoughts that are contrary to what God believes about you. There is no curse breaking prayer that will heal this. This is a healing process that the soul must want to step into or otherwise fall back into the sinful nature of the curse they're trying to break free from.

Michelle writes,
You need to make money off of someone who is down on their luck, or is cursed? You need to say, buy my book? Why couldn't you just tell them the prayer? Being a Christian, I would think that you wouldn't charge for helping them.

Curse breaking is all over in my blog entries. At the end of the blog I also invite the reader to ask questions, which I would answer in future articles. Don't get sucked into a magic bullet prayer for this. Prayer is not methodical it is relationship based with Jesus. The basis for any curse breaking prayer is to take ownership of your family line, then repent and renounce the curse. Ask Jesus for forgiveness for believing the set of lies that you allowed to enter into your mind from the curse. That's it. Now you have to do the hard work and walk out of the sin. Again, this information is scattered throughout my blogs. Curses are hard to deal with because the soul must deal with the very nasty stuff the mind allowed in through the curse. The mind will naturally gravitate back to the ways while under the curse. This is where Jesus comes in and walks you through your healing. Jesus is about relationship. You can't walk this stuff out on your own. You will need pastors, Christian counselors, and solid standing church body members to help you through this journey.

As for charging for books, it cost money to write books. We don't get rich off selling books. A lot of material was compiled in these books to help people out. People I work with directly who are in real situations I give the books to them. We're a ministry. It's the book we use in ministry. However, we don't have the capacity to help everyone. We're a small ministry with some powerful cases under the belt. The books are knowledge base, so if someone is serious about this ministry they would be eager to get their hands on these books. The second book was written for counselors and not lay people.

A ministry has to charge somewhere, we have to travel, drive out to people, pay rent for office space, and so forth. There are logistics behind running a ministry. Being a Christian doesn't fill our tank of gas or pay our rent. Charging $10 for a book is not a big deal. Besides, the last book is on Amazon, and on an amazon kindle premium subscription it is available in ebook form for free.

Michelle, thank you for writing in. And that's it for the mail bag today.

God Bless
Rev. Mike

Help Me I'm Cursed

A common request for ministry help I receive in emails is for curse breaking. The email body usually reads, “Help me! I’ve been cursed! Contact me ASAP!” The M16 Ministries' in box is overflowing with these requests. Due to the volume of these requests I can't respond to everyone. However, with a blog I can address how to walk out of a curse. If a curse is present.

The first step is to determine if a curse is present. I have worked with a lot of Christians who have had very tough lives. Hardship in finances and living is not a sign of a curse. Ever wonder why you met people who have seen a shopping list of deliverance ministers and have never had their lives restored to their satisfaction? Many times these individuals believe that God has forsaken them after this many failed deliverance attempts. There could be other issues going on that God is trying to point out but they're refusing to see. A person who thinks they're cursed could actually be dealing with rejection and self-hatred and they view these lies about themselves in the form of a curse. Many times, this or a similar situation has been the case. Not always. But it is actually more predominant than actual curses being present.

Now let's look at tougher scenario, there actually is a curse present. In this case a person was actually cursed by the occult or willfully subjugated themselves to witchcraft. Curse breaking prayer is a good start, but it may not free the individual or family from the curse. What this soul needs is spiritual direction. A curse can remain attached to a soul or bloodline because the people don't possess the indwelling spirituality to make the curse break. What I am talking about is the soul's relationship with Jesus Christ.

A soul battling a curse may go to church on Sunday’s and not comprehend why this happening to them. It's because they have a weak relationship with Jesus Christ and a stronger relationship with what's in the world. The curse is anchored in the latter. The individual must work on their internal life with Jesus and strengthen it. As the relationship grows stronger a prayer life develops. As prayer life develops the anchor spot for the curse weakens. The spiritual mindset must switch from being cursed to one of a spiritual tribulation that Jesus Christ is going to grow and walk you out of. A curse could break off right away or be months to years of tribulation. Under a curse, all is hopeless, this is the message of the enemy, that Jesus can't help you. Furthermore, you have bought into this faithless lie. This is where you must develop your prayer life and relationship with Jesus Christ. I am constantly in dark battles as I work with individuals in their healing. Do you think my life's a picnic? I must be able to find joy and strength in my darkest battles.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust!”
3 For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper
And from the deadly pestilence. (Psalm 91:1-3)

I can find joy and peace in my secret place with Jesus Christ. I have had some violent long drawn out battles. I know Jesus, and I know there is always a victory when I am in Him and listening to Him. When you are in the midst of battle with witchcraft and curses you must master practicing the presence of Jesus Christ (St. Teresa of Avila called this recollection). In my darkest hour I can feel Jesus presence with me. So tangible that I can reach out and feel His hand. I can feel His heart and at times hear Him speak to my soul. This is where you need to be spiritually when battling to break the curse off yourself and your family line. There is strength in Him and you must learn how to go deeper in Him for freedom. The curse begins to break when your heart changes. God is about resurrection, restoration, redemption, and reconciliation.  You will notice a common thread in all of my posts that I am big on connecting with God. Transformation of the heart and soul is what brings freedom from the demonic. Only Jesus Christ, God who became incarnate, can bring this change.

But Mike, you don't understand, we’re seeing shadows and our family is being attacked.

How do you think I learned how to fight? I have dealt with shadows, it was an oppression through a lot of my life. I have also been physically attacked by the unseen realm while assisting others. I have been involved with very dark levels of warfare. Seriously, nothing really shocks me anymore.  Whatever the enemy throws at you practice His presence. This is how I can go into cursed homes and not bring home any spiritual attachments. As of now, and being involved in a lot of dark battles that go beyond low level demonic deliverance, I live in a peaceful house with no spiritual activity other than the Holy Spirit. God’s presence is in me, it’s in my family, and it’s in my home.

Deliverance ministry books are cookie cut and copied. No one speaks about deepening a relationship with Jesus to break off curses. Jesus is your fortress, your stronghold. You must make significant spiritual changes in your life to break off the curse’s attachment to your life. Don't be surprised to find out what you need change in your life to break the clutches of a curse. I am constantly learning and changing, The Apostle Paul calls this a transforming union. As you develop a deepening prayer relationship with Jesus He will show you, very calmly, areas in your life that need to change.  If you are praying and you think you are hearing from Jesus that you are going to hell, you are on the wrong channel. Keep praying and pressing in until you find His voice and His will. It’s very calm and it’s never condemning. Many times the Holy Spirit will urge your will to make changes. The triune God is very subtle in how He speaks to us internally.

On my ministry blog site, I wrote an article for beginners on connecting with God, First Stages of Connecting with God and Trauma Survivors . The fact of the matter is, if you want to break a curse you’re going to have to deepen and develop your prayer life. Curses can be broken through curse breaking prayer, but not all the time. I am just presenting you with the facts and what I have observed. When curse breaking fails you need to develop your relationship with Jesus Christ. You should develop a strong prayer life anyway, regardless. This is not taught from the pulpit and is something you need to tackle and develop on your own. Your soul must become a student of Jesus and learn what offends Him. I hope this was an eye opener for you. If you’re wasting money and phone calls with deliverance ministers, who are reading curse breaking prayers and asking you to cough after each renunciation, stop this nonsense right away. Your money will be better spent on prayer books and learning how to pray.

I recommend:

Crafted Prayer - Graham Cook

The Ways of Mental Prayer - Vitalis Lehodey OCS

Opening to God - SJ Thomas H Green

Conversation with Christ - Peter Thomas Rorhbach

The Healing Presence - Leanne Payne

Fasting - Jentezen Franklin

Curses break as you go steeper into your stronghold and protection of Jesus Christ. There is no shortcut around this. Its also the true way warriors in survive in battles with dark forces. Many battles simply take time. Not because God has forsaken you, but because God is changing you to be the person He needs you be for a deeper relationship with Him. So choose today, are you cursed? Or are you going to go through this tribulation with God and allow Him to demonstrate His glory?

When you get the idea of what I am sharing here, you'll see that over time God will do a lot of the fighting for you. Before it shows up your door step.

I hope this helps.

God Bless

Deliverance Ministry and Schizophrenia

Things have certainly shifted in the past eight years since God launched me into spiritual warfare ministry. Back then ministry clients would rarely divulge that they heard internal voices. Getting someone to admit they heard voices in a ministry session was no easy task. Admitting you heard voices was associated with a mental disorder rather than something spiritual. That was then, and this is now. Every email I receive currently seems to open with the tagline, “I hear demons, and I need an exorcism. Please contact me as soon as you can.”

What changed in the past couple of years? Why is everyone suddenly divulging they hear demons? I believe the upswing in this a trend is a directly related to deliverance ministry labeling schizophrenia and other mental disorders of hearing internal voices as being purely demonic in nature. This blank check covering of these disorders by deliverance ministers is harmful to the prayer recipient. I have witnessed some souls get miraculously healed from schizophrenia in my own travels in deliverance ministry. Only because in these cases were demonic activity actually involved. I have worked on numerous cases as a Christian counselor where deliverance wasn't an option because the human mind was physically sick or the human soul was broken and needed healing. In these cases, 100% of the prayer recipients reported they heard demonic spirits internally. Only 1% actually had demonic spirits involved.

In fact, some of these cases, the internal voices spoke during sessions and identified themselves as evil spirits. I remember one incident where my colleague brought me in to one of her sessions to evaluate a client as being a demoniac. The problem was, my colleague had dead on discernment like mine, and she couldn't feel the presence of demon as it commonly manifested during her client’s sessions. I was asked to sit in and observe as this individual acted out like the Gerasene demoniac in our office session. They even bit their own tongue and drew blood! Why didn't I believe them? Because of the Holy Spirit and spiritual discernment. Both my colleague and I work on a daily basis with survivors of the occult. Her discernment aligned with mine, no demon. The irony was at the end of the session, the human part that acted like a demon wanted know why they didn't
fool us with the fake magic show. I work and live in the supernatural. What we witnessed, although convincing to the human eye, was not a true demonic manifestation. Neither of us counselors could feel the presence of anything demonic while all the craziness was going down right before our eyes. During intense sessions I can discern the manifestation of demonic spirits or the summoning of occult powers.Nothing was happening at this time. Nada!

I have had to sit through far too many sessions were I had to tell people what they're hearing is not demonic spirits, but angry, fractured pieces of themselves. Some fractured pieces are so angry they believe themselves to be demons. And can torment a soul just like a real demon! Through my own discernment and testing the spirit I am able to make an evaluation. The prayer recipient is usually distraught and then informs me of the long list of big deliverance ministries that cast this demon and that demon out of them. I am also encountering a lot more people who know ‘how to be delivered’. They act out coughing, shaking, and even false manifestations. People want to hold onto deliverance ministry as a magic bullet for healing. If they can just get the right demon cast out of them they will be fully healed. This is nonsense. They're not addressing the white elephant in the room - the schizophrenia. Again, I have seen healing in this area, but 95% of the time the healing came through the compassion of Jesus Christ and Him walking the fractured soul through its healing. This healing tends to be a VERY long walk, hand in hand, with Jesus Christ. I want to add too that the cases where we see healing involving people who not just desire to be healed but are willing to tackle whatever is thrown at them in life to get healed! That is a big game changer.

Also keep in mind, there also times, where a person who schizophrenic will require medication to stabilize their life enough so they can seek and pursue ministry and counseling help. Healing requires a community and a team. There are no short cuts when it comes to this. The ship must be turned directly into the storm. There are times when I wish I had Peter's anointing of having my shadow heal the sick. But for now, this is where we're at. Baby steps in healing.

A deliverance minister needs to have the maturity and understanding that when it comes to schizophrenia, you are dealing with a fractured soul trapped in a cycle of trauma. These souls obsess over every spoken spiritual word given to them. If you tell this soul there are demons present, it is very difficult for this soul to shake. My biggest headache in ministry is when the corporate deliverance ministries come through town, and tell people with a fractured soul they have a demon. Then they pull their tent stakes up the next day and leave town. Counselors are left with mopping up the mess. Never tell a person with Schizophrenia they have a demon, unless you intend to hold their hand for the next couple of months.

In ministry, I am encountering a lot of souls with very deep traumatic wounds. Many well minded people are involved in deliverance and healing ministries (such as sozo) where i believe problems we’re seeing are far above the common ministers pay grade. I know in healing ministry God is bigger than the problem. But what happens when healing ministry is the problem? An immature minister will fall back on knowledge and the soul (i.e. Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil) rather than resorting to long term intercession and possibly even fasting. If you’re in the miracle ministry you must have complete trust that Jesus Christ is doing something about the situation, and He doesn’t owe us an explanation of what He is doing! These are long term battles and we must have the faith that Jesus is bringing healing.

As ministers we must have the maturity to discern and provide spiritual direction in cases where people claim they hear demonic voices. As spiritual beings we have, normally, two internal voices, our own, and that of the indwelling God. As spiritual beings, we can hear from three internal sources, our own heart and soul, God, and from other spirits. It's the latter, we must be very careful in discerning. Other spirits include demonic spirits. Don't just take the individuals word for it that what they're going through is demonic. Because many times it isn't. Injured minds, either physically, or emotionally, can easily run with putting on the whole demon show. This is where the inexperienced, untrained minister gets sucked in and causes more damage than had there been demons there to begin with. This minister isn't using discernment and they are not hearing from God (again tapping into the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil).

When you get a case like this, bring them into a counseling session and discern what is going on. You may not get an answer from God right away. But that's okay too. It's the sign of a mature minister. As for me, I rarely do deliverance ministry on an individual whom I believe to be schizophrenic, unless I can I discern a demon is present and the soul requires liberation prayer ministry. But this should be the rule of thumb for any deliverance ministry practice. Hear from God what is going on!!!!

The Church's Call to Readiness on Dealing with the Paranormal and the Occult

The media knows that the paranormal is a cash cow. Every channel you turn to now has some paranormal show. The shows are cheap to produce and guarantee viewer numbers. Ghost Hunters wasn't the first of these shows, but it certainly put the paranormal television shows on the map back in 2004. When the Ghost Hunters first aired, the internet was ablaze with amateurs trying to duplicate their efforts. Everyone on the internet was suddenly an expert in hauntings. Around the time Ryan Buell and Paranormal State debuted in 2007, paranormal television took a darker tone. The show was misleading in the fact that it led viewers to believe Ryan and Chip Coffee, the show resident psychic, were Roman Catholics. But the actions of what these people were doing on the show didn't add up. And they had a resident pagan on the team as an occult expert. The team would perform these weird rituals that sounded mildly Christian, but weren't, right before they would conduct a seance. It was in Paranormal State episodes where viewers were given front row seats to rituals on their family room television sets.

In 2008, Zak Bagans and the Ghost Adventure crew showed up on the Travel Channel. America watched the paranormal ghost hunting antics of Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, and Aaron Goodwin. Zak soon became the P.T. Barnum of the occult.  Nothing was sacred, and everything was presented haphazardly with no regard to the dangers of the occult. Zak and GA made for good paranormal show business. This show, and the Travel Channel's other paranormal show, The Dead Files, became the staples in leading people into the occult. I believe these two shows are what spiked the interest and popularity of modern voodoo. The rituals performed on Ghost Adventures are so dark, the episodes are absolutely unwatchable. This situation is now a critical issue in the spiritual health of America. These occult beliefs on the afterlife are now in the pews of American churches.

How should the church handle the paranormal? This is a multi-faceted question. How does your church handle spiritual warfare and the paranormal? The New Age has slipped into every church. Does your church have an understanding of what New Age beliefs have entered the church through parishioners or the pulpit? Pastors, are you aware of the duplicitous nature of your parishioners? Are you aware of those who go ghost hunting on Friday night and show up for duty on Sunday for your prayer ministry team? Are they doing Yoga or Reiki healing? These subtle practices are all New Age deception. Are they seeking psychics to contact the dead? Dabbling in paganism? This is stuff the church needs to get a handle on and correct if it is going to step in and deal with the occult. The church needs to equip her saints on what is spiritually dangerous. Many Americans in churches now believe there is more than one path to eternal life. The New Age and the occult are already in the pews.

Another major problem is that the occult offers the deception of revealing the truth to life after death. Do the members of your church body have a solid foundation in what lies ahead of them when their life ends here? What is their certainty of spending eternity with Jesus Christ?

What happens when you the pastor encounters the occult in your church? Do you understand the difference between low-level demonic deliverance and exorcism? Many Ph.D. seminaries taught pastors I have worked with thought that deliverance and exorcism are one in the same. They are not. Some peculiar theology surfaces in Mark 9:14-29, where a low-level demonic deliverance by the Apostles fails. When it comes to encounters with the occult, many pastors fall into this category of failure because they don't know the difference in warfare. Nor do they know the protocols necessary for different forms of warfare. The Western church has ignorantly built a false doctrine around deliverance practices that are based on being ministry success oriented rather than Biblical and scriptural. Let that one marinate in. Your whole library of spiritual warfare books could, in fact, be all useless.

Now one of my biggest peeves about paranormal shows is that they always feature a situation where the church failed. The church didn't fail, the pastor and the church were ill-equipped for the battle at hand. God created the spirit realm; He can put an end to ALL nasty warfare. NO BATTLE IS TOO BIG FOR JESUS!!!

A church stepping into battle simply can't do it blindly and follow the misleading books on the market. When you enter a house with occult activity, did you know you can't bind satan? Every deliverance minister I know thinks they can. Picking a fight with a satanic angel is ill-advised, there are huge, horrible repercussions of the ministers, and possibly ever the congregation.God never instructed us to battle satanic angels. The heavens belong to Jesus.

So what does a church do when it engages the occult to help someone? Again, there are protocols; they are presented in Mark 9:29 and Jude 8-10. Do you understand your prayer posture in warfare? When do you take authority and when do you petition Jesus?

The church needs to stand in her authority and truly understand the dynamics of spiritual warfare. Paranormal shows would be off the air if the church responded to people in spiritual distress. If the church can't handle the situation, it needs to step into the already established networks of Christian spiritual warfare ministers that can handle the occult and demonic activity.

If you are dealing with an occult situation, or demonic activity I strongly recommend you get equipped quickly and connect with ministers that are already involved in these battles. The biggest problem I have seen is that churches want to re-invent the wheel when it comes to spiritual warfare equipping. I don't know why this is, but its a common thread when our ministry reaches out to help churches.

Where does one start in equipping? I have written two books on these subject matters. A good starting point is A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare. This is the beginning book that has something for everyone, I have been given excellent feedback that even seasoned deliverance ministers use this book consistently. Second, I have written a book for pastors, and counselors, who are dealing with these darker battles, this book is, A Field Guide to Advanced Spiritual Warfare. These books are well worth the investment in your ministry.

If you have any questions on how to deal with occult battles, please drop me a comment, and I will answer the question in blog posts.

If you have questions on curse breaking, or curse breaking prayers, I cover these in my book, A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare.

Did Ghost Adventure's Go Too Far?

Did Ghost Adventures go too far? For those of you who caught the October 18, 2014 broadcast of the Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures, I ask you this one question, Did it go too far?

This particular episode took the GA crew to a house that was already demonized by a spirit that came over through a spirit board session by a previous resident of the home. Zac Baggans tends to compromise any form of logic or moral in exchange for spiritual sensationalism on his show. In this episode, Zac reunited a demonized resident with the defiled residency. It's hard to separate truth from reality on this show on what Zac is presenting. How much was re-enacted and fabricated for sensationalism for the audience?

If what we viewed was real, is the GA team really trying to help Darren Evans or is the premise to promote Darren Evans and his media on being knowledgeable about the demon he is still in bondage to? There is always a strange underlying factor of promoting haunted sites. GA doesn't really help anyone. It's a travel channel show to promote industry to haunted locations.

What really is becoming more evident in these shows is Zac's unhealthy obsession with the demonic. One of the key factors of spiritual attachment is obsession. Its obvious that Zac Baggans is addicted to going to places that are demonized. This is not the sign of a spiritual warrior as he proclaims, it is the sign of one spiritually obsessed! Don't take my word for it. Zac said himself in the opening scene of this episode during a conversation with Nick.

Nick - this #*@$ can linger in your life. I got it off me. And now were opening this #*@$ up again?

Zac - we always have to take this deeper. it's like truth or dare amongst ourselves. we're daring each other to go deepr and deeper. We're daring each other to contact the demon.

Zac listen to Nick. Not only can these attachments linger in your life, they can continue for generations.

For Zac it's obvious he's not about spiritual warfare, it's a game - its an addiction. Zac certainly provided no help for Katheline Evans in this episode. Zac Baggans has such a strong spiritual attachment to oppression he is involuntarily drawn to it. He cant stop himself. Like a heroine addict craving his next fix.  The GA isn't helping anyone they're satisfying their own addiction to encountering the (BAD) supernatural. In my opinion this show went too far for several reasons. For instance, during one interview in the show they spoke with an expert on spirit boards and he warned Zac that this spirit has a characteristic where it sexually assaults some of its victims. No common sense or Zacs supposedly vast knowledge of demonolgy was used here. I have worked with individuals who are under the oppression of these types of demons. They are difficult to sever the attachment from for various reasons.

For the sake of common sense over viewership, the lock down plans should have been terminated there. What about the demons ability to oppress the viewership Zac? This garbage can go through the internet and cable fiber and oppress the viewers. I am curious to know how many viewers got whammied like Zac did with the spirit repeating its name over and over in their heads? The spiritual attachment can go through the video stream!

What really bothered me about this show was the treatment of Katheline Evans. During the lockdown a demon manifested in Katheline Evans and it was insinuated she was violated outside the lockdown.  In one scene Katheline returns with a spirit manifested in her and her belt is unbuckled. The spirit commented in the scene it wanted to see her private parts. At this point, anyone with true spiritual warfare experience would have safely removed Katheline from the premises and commenced prayers of liberation. No experts on this show considered the safety or liberation of Katheline. And to be point, any one with true spiritual warfare experience would not have placed themselves in this situation for the sake of television.

Let's continue with Katheline Evans, in the height of her oppression she disappeared. Zac and Darren went to go look for her, but stopped. Why? So they could return to the lock down and finish with their spirit board session. Either this garbage was completely scripted or the evidence of the GA crew speaks for itself. A woman demonized has gone missing, and one of the people looking is the spouse. And it was a good idea to quit looking for Katheline? Seriously???? There is no concern at all for the people involved. This episode clearly portrayed that.

Katheline, if your husband really quit looking for you while a spirit manifested in you - you need to completely rethink your relationship with him. I have worked thousands of cases, with my wife, and never once did I put her in jeopardy! If you need help Katheline contact the ministry. We can help you sever the spiritual attachment. I am so sorry this happened to you.

...and Christians! Quit contacting the occult for HELP!!!

Ghost Bait and Some Tips on Spiritual Warfare

Ghost Bait or is it the scarecrow villain from Batman?
Well, yet another paranormal show, acronym YAPS, has hit the air waves of reality television. Ghost Bait. This show is so contrived, even from the very beginning. The opener is  such a rip off from Ghost Hunters all that is missing is the Roto Router van and Jason Hawes. And the font effects are a rip off from Ghost Adventures. The show itself? Well, take a gander at my video blog.

One quick commentary to the video. I mentioned in the video how my friend received word through intercession to stop warfare. Many times Jesus tells us to stand down for reasons he doesn't have to reveal to us. In this case, my friend was warring on the home land advantage of the enemy. Unless you are released into doing this through intercession it is better to receive direction from God, like my friend did.

Demonic Obsession from Episode of American Haunting

Once again, the object of my affections - paranormal television shows. In this video blog I will examine the third episode of the AE show, American Haunting. In this episode of American Haunting, a man is obsessed with taking pictures of spirits in his home. This behavior, from the stand point of Christian faith, is called Demonic Obsession. It is when the individual being tormented is obsessed with the activity going on around them. They will obsess over constantly seeing spirits, that as part of the torment, others can't see. The individual obsesses over proving to those around them the spirits are there. Since only they can see them.

Please note, the vblog doesn't have an ending. I had to clip it so it would upload to Vimeo as a 500MB file. I did lots of re-editing to crop out what wasn't needed to squeeze in the info you viewers demand.
