No Weapon Formed Against You Will Prosper

In this blog I would like to respond to some valid questions raised by ministers from my previous blog on Curse Breaking. I mentioned that my home tends to be oppression free during both times of on and off battle. Is your house a fortress are you protected? Oppression free doesn’t mean attack free. Oppression means that the attacks don’t enter the home. Let me walk you through my spiritual warfare history to show you how my inner transformation aided in keeping my home safe.
When I was first drafted into battle back in November of 2007, I had no clue what deliverance ministry was. I want to emphasize the word drafted, and not the church lingo of being called. There is a difference. In deliverance ministry, God may call and raise up ministers to do some more extreme deliverance ministry than was identified in Luke 10:17. All Christians are called to exercise their authority over the low-level demonic spirits. If a lot more Christians stepped into their authority like the 70 disciples did, their would be less fear filled cries for help in our ministry e-mail in-boxes for curse breaking. For next level darker battles, God has raised up deliverance ministers to go a little bit further in these battles and work with souls who are stuck in strongholds and curses. There is another level of ministry, which I call Mark 9:29 ministry, and the Roman Catholic Church calls the office of exorcism. It is my firm belief that God drafts (anoints) ministers into this ministry. How and why God selects these individuals, only He knows.

The Early Days of Being Drafted into Warfare

Back in November of 2007, I was a devout Christian who thought I had a deep relationship with God. I was a member of my church, I was active within the church and participated in various ministries. I thought I was doing pretty good spiritually. But in reality, looking back, I was a member of the frozen chosen. There simply wasn’t a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. I could hear his voice, but it was intermittent. How do you know you are a member of the frozen chosen?  Simply ask yourself this question, “Where will I go when I die?”. If you can’t answer this question with certainty, then you need to spend more time getting to know Jesus. If you are a deliverance minister who can’t answer this, remove yourself from deliverance ministry and work to resolve this spiritual issue. When the timing is right, Jesus will release you back into ministry.

Because I was drafted into dark warfare, all hell broke loose, literally, right away in my home. This was my thawing from the pew of the frozen chosen. The demonic did not want me actively responding to God’s marching orders. Remind you, I had a mediocre to good prayer life. But there were a lot of things God needed fixed in my interior life in order for me to be effective in His battle campaigns. The most memorable incidents were the fire alarms in our house would go off when my wife and I started intercession for those we worked with who were oppressed.

This was extremely annoying. But through this tribulation God raised us up in unity to have the authority to shutdown the fire alarm attacks by standing in our spiritual authority. Did you notice I used the word tribulation? God allowed these attacks so we could be raised up to where God needed us to walk in spiritual authority. This was the beginning walk for us in spiritual warfare and learning to not allow things in our house. For a couple of years, we experienced what I called drive-by spiritual attacks. These were the spiritual versions of gang banger drive by shootings. On very rare occasion do we still experience these today, maybe 1 or 2 a year now. They still try, but they don’t like being in or around a Spirit filled home.

During this time, as we were spiritually growing, we started hosting home church in our residence. This is where we invited speakers and equipping ministers to help us grow in areas our then regularly attended Sunday church was not ready to grow in. There was internal strife at our church at this time regarding the movement of the Holy Spirit. We had to go outside the church and start home church meetings that didn't involve or affect our home church. This is probably another blog in itself. But you will learn the hard way not to bring a movement of the Holy Spirit into the church that it is not ready for it. Always keep a checks and balances with your pastor and clergy on where the church is at. Don’t ever push anything on a congregation it is not ready to embrace. When your Pastor tells you NO! on something, that’s that! Never ever be in rebellion to church leadership. If you need to seek training outside the walls of your regular church, do so. But at the same time use discernment of what churches you are going to in seeking spiritual growth. In spiritual warfare you will need to grow primarily in the area of hearing God. This is far more fundamental than which curse breaking curses you know. Jesus is the one who sets the captive free. So learn to talk with Him. As you grow spiritually, you may start having some weird dark dreams as you take on spiritual stuff. This is all God raising you up so you can stand in dark battles with Him. He will do a lot of internal and generational house cleaning in these dreams too.

God’s Presence

So is this the advise you expected? I haven’t mentioned any spiritual warfare books yet, and I won’t! We are looking to move into another home here in Spring of 2018, and my plans are to throw out my library of spiritual warfare books. I don’t plan to give any away because I believe a lot of these books are disinformation. Many spiritual warfare books are nothing more than pastor’s sermons on digital recorder translated over to print by a Christian publishing house. I am amazed at the amount of bad information on warring in the second heaven that are prevalent in these popular Christian books.
The number one thing a spiritual warfare minister can do to learn to keep oppression out of their home is to learn to hear God. PERIOD!  I learned from a great course by the late John Paul Jackson, called The Art of Hearing God. The class now appears to be on youtube.

John Paul Jackson’s The Art of Hearing God

There are also some great teachings by Mark Virkler on youtube.
Mark Virkler’s Hearing God’s Voice

I can’t emphasize the importance of this enough. When you and your family invite God and talk to Him in your house, the presence of God is there. Please keep in my mind I am not talking about visions and prophetic words here. These are just conversations with God. Don't derail your ministry with prophetic ministry either. Many people don't test their prophetic messages and can be influenced by the demonic to go off on a tangent. Many self-taught prophetic ministers tend to be hearing from their own soul and not God. Again, I emphasize getting in on a John Paul Jackson course. It's a great place to start.

Hearing God is your nuclear football. Darkness can’t stand the light of Jesus.I also do something most Christians don’t do at all. I practice His presence of being with me. When I am in the deepest darkest battle or even painful suffering, I can reach out and feel the presence of Jesus with me. I can return to joy from the attack of darkness. This comes through developing a relationship with Jesus. The church cliché buzz phrase is that, “I am not religious, I am in a relationship with Jesus Christ.” Sadly, most people I hear say this don’t live lifestyles that support their proclamation. What’s your inner spiritual life like? Does it spill over into your life and people you reach? I have had people we have sheltered in our home during warfare comment on how they could tangibly feel the presence and peace of the Holy Spirit in our house. My family and I work hard to make sure the Holy Spirit is welcome in our home.

Covering

Probably somewhere around 2009, M16 Ministries garnished a reputation of being a legitimate spiritual warfare ministry. Between 2007 and 2009 I experienced some violent attacks against me that I didn't discuss with anybody. People just didn't understand the level of warfare we were in. We crossed over into the beginnings of Mark 9:29 level ministry. By this time I think we started working on our first full blown demonic possession case and we were dealing with shadow manifestations in our home as a result of this. The shadows left with our authority when we ordered them to leave. We were experiencing objects moving and being thrown on their own. We reached out to pastor and requested a spiritual covering of our church. Activity ceased nearly immediately in our house. To this day we have never had any objects move on their own again.

2009 was also the year my ministry took over San Francisco Night Strike street ministry from Bob Johnson ministries. I believe the street ministry where we worked with the homeless, drug addicts and prostitutes, put us into a favorable spiritual alignment with God. God wants us to help the downtrodden, poor, sick, widows, and orphans. These works of charity I believe were a big factor in the amount of protection we were receiving spiritually. Especially, when we frequently encountered demoniacs in street ministry in San Francisco.

There were some strange spiritual shifts we experienced in 2014 and were forced to move out from underneath the covering of our church. Church coverings can be beneficial, but they can also expose the human legalisms of church administration. Furthermore, God wasn't done moving us into deeper darker water. What the church was cable of providing intercession for was in shallow waters and not prepared for the darker waters we were now operating in. At this time, we started experiencing a lot of internal and deep cutting spiritual attacks from our own church leadership. The enemy used the church as the mechanism to bring oppression on to the ministry. This is another key reason on why you need to distinctly hear God’s voice. During some powerful and heartfelt conversations with God, He outlined and provided a covering for the ministry. There are rules, regulations, and protocols for His covering and we completely abide to this. Remember, Jesus walked us to this point where we were able to operate under His covering. It’s not something we jumped into because we were upset. We were boxed in and only Jesus could provide the resolution, and He did. We had to be patient, wait, and pray.

No Weapon Formed Against You Will Prosper

Years ago, when God drafted me I would be under some severe attacks. I remember how many of people in my church family would cite, Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon formed against you will prosper.” What I found disturbing was that there was ignorance of the true meaning of this scripture by those who would recite it to me. Not to sound mean or condescending. It was just I was being given advice by people who hadn’t walked in my shoes in the level of warfare and yet somehow became self-proclaimed experts.

My issue with hearing this from my brothers and sisters was that David first had to battle the lion and the bear before he took on Goliath. There were some dark battles I never discussed with anyone that took me from the bear to the lion and finally to the giants. And the giants aren't the big guys like the church likes to believe. Here were people advising me they were slaying giants yet were calling me to swat their gnats. There was this huge disconnect for me due to the church’s inexperience in spiritual warfare, and only a few people to turn to. Don’t be frustrated if your church leadership lacks in these areas. This is a common issue that plagues both the Protestants and the Catholics. I find that some churches only bring in curriculum on spiritual warfare that don’t offend or frighten their congregation. Ever wonder why so many churches are in bondage? Don’t be surprised if you are operating as a covert ministry in your own church. God is revealing to you things the church body is not prepared to deal with or comprehend. So you're not to discuss it with the members of the church. Again, a covert ministry must never be in rebellion to church leadership. God is unity.

So what do you the minister do when your under it? Under it is our code phrase with my counseling ministry team at ITPH, for when we’re receiving directed spiritual bombardment by the enemy. The scripture tells us that “No weapon formed against you will prosper.” When I work on equipping ministers I point out to them that the scripture used the word "formed" in the past tense. This means the weapon has been deployed, is inbound, or has already struck it’s target, you!

At this level of warfare you better be surrounded by friends and ministries that understand this level of warfare. You must be walking in a high level of your FAITH as this point in ministry. I am a counselor who works full time with ritual abuse survivors. My ministry partners with a spiritually mature Christian counseling ministry. We have survivors of severe trauma who understand the importance of intercession. We surround each other when these weapons are formed and deployed. I have supernaturally survived direct destructive attacks, and so have the intercessors I surround myself with. When I say destructive attacks I don’t say that lightly. It’s the testimony of the survival of the attack when it comes. What is curious is that during ministry right after such attacks, the demonic and the occult are apprehensive in picking a fight with me because they fully understand what God did to deliver me from that situation. When you are destructively targeted go to your secret place and proclaim the promises of psalm 91. Talk with God during your spiritual bombardment and suffering and go to your spiritual place of joy.

Why does the enemy attack us when we have a deep prayer life? Remember this is warfare. Some people tell me these bad teachings that they’re sharpening their iron in the second heaven. Really? Do you walk into a biker bar and start a bar fight and not expect to be brutally beat up? Do you walk into an Italian restaurant owned by a Mafia boss, shoot it up, and not expect retaliation? When you enter into darker warfare, such as Mark 9:29 level warfare, you are stepping into a fight. You don’t provoke the fight, you listen to God on how to proceed. When you step into this fight, especially with the occult and demonic possession, there is significant retaliation by the forces of darkness. First of all, I don’t enter every battle that comes my way. I check in with God. You would be surprised how many times God instructs me not to assist. Not because God isn't going to help. But because the request isn't legit and the person seeking help needs to trust God and look elsewhere for help. The person (a church going Christian) can also be in cahoots with a demon and are sent to your doorstep not for receiving your help, but to waste your time and wear you down. If I am released into battle by Jesus, that is one of the regulations of His protective covering. I am allowed to work with the afflicted soul and God has me protected from the occult and the demonic. I never skip this step of being released into battle, it has dire consequences if I act on my own. You must also understand the rules of the fight and how to fight.

Concluding Remarks

Some of the information presented here may sound a bit harsh. My goal wasn't to knock any ministries or institutions, but to illustrate the steep up hill challenges involved with dark spiritual warfare. Not everyone is cut out for it. Some are called, and a few survive the shake out process. There are consequences for over stepping your covering. I hope some of my experiences will help you in direction for getting the protection you need. I think my transparency will help those who are truly looking for more protection as they grow in their ministry. I know if you're looking for answers here you clearly understand the severity of the attacks and how God protects you from them.

For more information on advance warfare topics, checkout my books. A Field Guide to Advance Spiritual Warfare is that covers most of what I covered here. Both books are required reading by anyone involved in spiritual warfare.

I hope this helps.

God Bless

Paranormal Exorcist and Seal of Solomon

It seems like paranormal television shows never cease to deliver this season. Again, watching the Scooby gang on Ghosts of Shepherdstown, season 2, episode 8, titled "What an Excellent Day for an Exorcism,"  the viewing audience was treated to another paranormal demonic expulsion. The minister Nick Groff and the gang brought in was introduced as an ordained Catholic minister and exorcist. Again, listen carefully to scripting in these paranormal shows, there are always red flags. Here I want you to pay attention to the guest ordained Catholic minister and exorcist. An ordained minister is a layman minister and not clergy. Catholics don't allow laymen to be an exorcist. The office of exorcism is for clergy only and the assignment is handed down by a Cardinal or someone high up. A Catholic layman can be a deliverance minister but not an exorcist!

The plot thickens as the episode unfolds, where Nick brought in this "exorcist" to expel a demon (by the way this is never singular, demons travel with buddies) from the Ye Old Myst Tea House in Shepherdstown. The exorcist enters with the black clergy looking outfit, no collar (not clergy) and is wearing a cross around his neck. So far, okay. No big deal. The minister is led into the tea shop which is a war zone with debris scattered all over by the floor. I am curious what this exorcist is going to do since he was is forbidden to use the Rite of Exorcism (he wasn't approved by the Catholic church). I was pontificating that perhaps the audience was going to see a deliverance ministry session since by Catholic faith he couldn't use the Rite. I am also curious as to why the show didn't reach out to the Catholic diocese for a real exorcist in the first place! Credibility for this show is not a high point with
 me.

The exorcist prepares for battle by drawing in chalk on the floor, the star of David and enclosing it in a circle.

Record scratch!

Wait a minute. What? This resembled a ritual pentagram drawn in chalk, but it was the star of David.  This symbol is the seal of Solomon, a secret society occult symbol.  Its called a hexagram and is used in witchcraft and Freemason rituals. Wasn't this guy supposed to be a Catholic minister?? Baffled? Why would a Catholic minister use the occult to protect him from demons? Then this minister proceeds with a ritual in Hebrew that calls Yahweh and Y'shua (Jesus). No Catholic liturgies or anything. No I am intrigued as to what the heck I am watching. It's not Christian that's for sure!

The minister then rubber stamps the seal of Solomon on the Scooby gang. Which now includes the show psychic. Any Christian spiritual warfare minister worth their grain of salt (no pun intended) would ever bring a psychic to demon fight. Another red flag! This is the occult folks!!!

Then there is the dramatic moment in the show, with the minister shouting, "I command you in the name of Yahweh God, to bring yourself into the seal of Solomon." Again? What?? This isn't Old or New Testament spiritual warfare. This is New Age Jewish mysticism. A true Christian minister would have bound the spirits in the name of Jesus Christ (if these were low-level demons). In the case of what the show portrayed, they needed a real exorcist. Demons are expelled from a different prayer posture. What ensues next is the Scooby gang gets thrown a good ol fashion Sons Scheva beat down. The demon doesn't even go full force, it freaks them out with false fevers, nausea, and onslaught of the single tiny spider.

During this spiritual battle the "exorcist" never relied on his faith to expel the demon. He was stirctly adhering to occult formulas. Which any Christian deliverance minister knows is in effective against demons. Again, refer to the book of Acts and the Sons of Scheva who were thrown a beating by demons they were trying to expel. What do demons fear? Demons fear a person of faith because they have the spiritual depth and relationship with the reality of Jesus Christ to expel dark spirits. A powerful minister is a person whose soul is in a transforming union with Jesus Christ. A strong soul in Christ is kryptonite to demons and they won't follow these kinds of souls home!

Now back to wackiness at the tea shop. The minister has the Scooby gang renounce all ceremonies of satan. What did this guy just perfom? The seal of Solomon is the occult! Yes, this presentation of spiritual warfare was an atrocity. I am curious where this individual is ordained and which Catholic parish allows this minister to operate in this manner. It's not Christian, it's New Age. I am guessing he must be a universalist minister. But then again, what should I expect from a paranormal show.

Wasn't Shepherdstown cleansed by the psychic minister previously? If I remember correctly from season one, didn't the show psychic break the curse over Shepherdstown. Oh, yah. We're not supposed to be paying attention. The show concluded with everyone happy and that the site was cleansed. This is exactly the scene from the Poltergeist movie, "This house is clean!'. It's not, no one in the cleansing party was there with the faith to expel these demons. They demons went out for re-enforcements! I guess that's what we'll see in season 3.

Sidebar, I had to Google this exorcist to find out what exactly his background was in ministry. He has ties to the Old Catholic Church. Which is not Catholic, but in short an abomination to the Catholic Church. The paranormal field is so twisted in spirituality it always gravitates to the Old Catholic Church for help. From the home web page this exorcist also has ties to the Dominion Ministry, which is pagan spiritual warfare.

In closing, if you're Christian and thinking you're an exorcist or a deliverance minister for the paranormal, you need to go pray and re-think your position in the greater plan of things. People viewing these shows and replicating these occult practices will get hurt. I can guarantee your lives will be destroyed. This is something you don't mess with at all! That's why the Catholics don't let layman be exorcists. A spiritual attachment is something you never want on you or your home. Those of us who have been brought into a spiritual fight by God DON'T live in oppression like these ghost hunters do. Go look on youtube and see for yourself the spirits that torment all these paranormal celebrities. These things are real and they bite back.

Well, that's enough for now. Hope this was beneficial.
Blessings

The Spirituality of Paranormal Show Psychics

I've been watching Nick Groff's television show on Destination America, called the Ghosts of Shepherdstown. These ghost hunting shows are interesting because of the spirituality embedded in these shows. Have you ever watched these shows and see someone spout something Christian, but their lifestyle and spiritual choices aren't that of a follower of Jesus Christ? If you know what you're watching these shows are fascinating labs into examining the spiritist belief systems that drive these paranormal investigators. Zac Bagans of Ghost Adventures fame has mentioned many times on his show that he believes in a god. But which god? The words Jesus Christ never seem to roll off from his lips. The Tennessee Wraith Chasers hit the reality-paranormal scene as Christian ghost hunters, again, an oxymoron, if you understood the difference between Christianity and spiritism. In their new show, they seemed to have dropped the opening prayer at the start of the show. So what is going on here? Why is this an oxymoron?

Let's take a look at the belief system of a paranormal show psychic. What do they believe? I want to focus on the psychics who have mentioned some degree of faith in God on these shows. But the actions of dealing with spirits don't line up with what they espouse to believe in. You can learn a lot of by listening to these people and then trying to figure out what their spiritual beliefs are.

First of all, can a Christian be psychic? What does the Word of God say about this?

31 ‘Do not turn to mediums or spiritists; do not seek them out to be defiled by them. I am the Lord your God.
-Leviticus 19:31

God tells us not to seek out a psychic or to communicate with the dead. This is pretty cut and dry. We're not to communicate with the dead nor be a psychic (and ghost hunting for that matter).

10 There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, 11 or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. 12 For whoever does these things is detestable to the Lord; and because of these detestable things the Lord your God will drive them out before you. 13 You shall be blameless before the Lord your God. 14 For those nations, which you shall dispossess, listen to those who practice witchcraft and to diviners, but as for you, the Lord your God has not allowed you to do so.
-Deuteronomy 18:10-14

The Mosaic Law states that the spiritist and the medium are detestable to the Lord. This is pretty simple and straight forward. God identifies spiritism as witchcraft. We are not to speak to the dead or participate in any form of spiritism. King Saul's transgression against the Lord was seeking a medium to contact Samuel, who was dead in Hades.

13 So Saul died for his trespass which he committed against the Lord, because of the word of the Lord which he did not keep; and also because he asked counsel of a medium, making inquiry of it,
-1 Chronicle 10:13

The paranormal show psychics I have researched who use the name of the triune God have an interesting and alternative Gospel theology. According to their beliefs, the psychic abilities are covered under the New Testament as gifts of spiritual discernment,

7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.
-1 Corinthians 12:7-11

Paul's epistle to the Corinthians on gifts of the Holy Spirit has nothing to do with psychic abilities. The deception comes in to play at verse 11, with discernment of spirits. This has nothing to do with seeing or talking to dead people. Why would the Holy Spirit empower you with a gift that is an abomination and goes against His moral values? It's because God didn't give the psychic the gift to see the dead. It was a spiritual gift that the psychic allowed to be hi-jacked through their spiritual belief system. In the book of Acts, Paul casts out a pythonic demon out of a psychic fortune teller. I want you to connect the dots that psychic abilities are not covered or condoned under the Christ-centric belief system of the Holy Bible. Where do these beliefs come from? It's called universalism. A spiritual belief system where Buddha, Jesus, spiritism, mother earth, voodoo, shamanism, you name it, are all the same. Equal playing field. This is not Christianity, but this is the foundation of the system of beliefs with popular reality show paranormal investigators.

Keep in mind, that the Christian faith revolves around the first commandment.

37 And He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the great and foremost commandment.
-Matthew 22:37-38

Remember, the Christian God, our one True God, is a jealous God.

14 —for you shall not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God
-Exodus 34:14

These are not the signs of soul that is an transforming union with God.

Therefore, universalism and Christianity mix like oil and water. A psychic can't be calling on powers of other gods (lower case elohim - demons) if they call on the Ancient of Times, I AM, the God Almighty, Jesus Christ Lord of lords, King of kings. It just doesn't align! Something to consider when watching these shows. Consider the big question, who or what is responding when the occult calls out to God?

Stay tuned for the release date of this new book!!!

Well, that's enough for now. Hope this was beneficial.
Blessings

Christian Duplicity and the Harry Potter Series

Fireside chat: Christian Duplicity and Harry Potter

Welcome to fireside chats, where I let you inside my head and hear the conversations I have within myself whenever I come across entrenched duplicitous behaviors in the church. I am going to host a fireside series on duplicity on how I encounter it on a daily basis in my prayer ministry.

Webster defines duplicity as a dishonest behavior that is meant to trick someone.

Duplicity in the church occurs when you the believer knows that something is not right, or goes against the will of God, yet you let your soul convince you that what you’re doing is okay with God.

Notice, I didn’t say demons?

Duplicity is a Luciferan agenda that enters the church through – you!

Far too many  deliverance ministers and their brothers seems to be on a witch hunt for a jezebel spirit, yet, they don’t deal with their own duplicitous behaviors. Perhaps this is one of those cases where Jesus is telling you to deal with that 2x4 sticking out of your own eye.

It’s not up to me or a deliverance minister to tell you what’s right or wrong. It’s between you and the Holy Spirit --and how you offended Him at the end of the day. Your soul must deal with this! This is about your sanctification!

I am going to address many topics on church duplicity in the next couple of articles on this blog.
Today, I am going to address the topic of Harry Potter and how its connected to duplicity in the church. I thought I beat this one to death, but the church still keeps bringing this back in. I will only cover the key point of how Harry Potter, or as we call it in our house, Harry Pottie, offends God! The rest is up to you, if you’re out raged then go talk to the Holy Spirit. Ask Him if you or your kids should be reading this. That would be a good exercise in whether you truly hear God or not – or if you listen to your own soul-ish desires.

I work daily in the ministry of spiritual warfare and deal with the occult and attacks from witchcraft. My discernment is pretty dead on for incoming attacks.  What I and other people in ministry started reporting on was how are own alarms were starting to go off with subtle entertainment productions, like the Wizard of Ox, Wicked, the Craft, and Harry Pottie.  The more the spiritual discernment grew within us for darker battles, the stronger our discernment became, tangibly, for a disdain for these venues of entertainment. I used to really love these genre of movies, The Craft, and The Wizard of OZ was my favorite movie of all time. So what happened? Why the change on spirit in myself and with others in deep warfare ministry?

The spiritual discernment started becoming more aware of witchcraft and how it was seeping in through the cracks of our every day lives. Anything that is in agreement with witchcraft or glorifies witchcraft is pretty much witchcraft.

Luciferan Agendas and Duplicity in the Church

The father of duplicitous behavior in church, just so happens to also be the father of lies. None other than the fallen angel with the title, Satan. We know from Ezekiel 28, and Isaiah 14, that the title of Satan, was originally, the title, Morning Star, or Lucifer, in Latin.

Witchcraft is rebellion to God. The angel with the title (Latin) Lucifer led a third of the angels in rebellion to God. This rebellion and the corruption of Lucifer’s powers into darkness was the birthing of witchcraft. A white witch, good witch, good witch from the east, wicked witch from the west, the pagan witch who solves police crimes, all draw their power from witchcraft. The father of witchcraft is Lucifer.

All witchcraft is from the forces of darkness, Lucifer.

What does that make Harry Potter, and who is this novel series glorifying? Witchcraft!

I know what you're saying to yourself. But I am a mature Christian and I nor my kids would ever get sucked into witchcraft through Harry Potter. It’s simply a children’s book.

Fair proposition. Let’s look at the Luciferan agenda in Harry Potter. It’s right there in black and white, or whatever it is your Kindle settings are.

Let’s take a look at the Hogwarts' syllabus from Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s stone. At the fictitious Hogwarts, a student must study, transfiguration (shape shifting), charms, potions, history of Magic, defense against the dark arts, astronomy, herbology, and flying. The discussion is not to bash this work of fiction, but the point is highlight the duplicity for a Christian.

Deuteronomy 18:10-13 - 10 There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, 11 or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. 12 For whoever does these things is detestable to the Lord; and because of these detestable things the Lord your God will drive them out before you. 13 You shall be blameless before the Lord your God.

Go back and re-read the Howart’s syllabus and Deuteronomy 18:10-13 until you see it. This is duplicity, scripture forbids us to do something, and the Luciferan agenda comes in and tells us it’s ok to go against the will of God.

The purpose of a Luciferan agenda is to invert scripture and go against the will of God.
Sorcerer – transfiguration, flying
One who casts spells – charms, potions, herbology (pharmaceutica)
Witchcraft – defense against dark arts (witchcraft against witchcraft), flying

The Luciferan agenda takes something that is against God's will and flips it with a flare of seduction.
Don't be seduced by the lie. Adam and Eve were seduced with the Luciferan agenda in the garden. Folks this is how the occult works. This is one of the ways how the occult recruits, through seductive lies.

The Harry Potter series makes witchcraft look like a lot of fun. It even kindled interest in a lot of children who read the series to explore and dabble in the dark arts of witchcraft. Mission accomplished.

My goal isn’t to convince you of what you should or should not be doing. If you’re into spiritual warfare and you have a crack like this in your spiritual life, I would go repent and seal that crack immediately!

My Encounter with the Demon Calling Itself Voldemort

Back in 2010, it was Spring break, and I was leading ministry outreach team  from the a school of supernatural team from Bethel Redding. We were ministering to the homeless in the Haight-Ashbury of San Francisco. We were setting up at the Mc Donald’s on Stanyan in the late afternoon to prepare to go out on the streets and meet with street people.

While we were setting up one of the girls on our team freaked out because a homeless man came up to her and identified himself as “Legion”. He was manifesting spirits so I walked over and talked with him. His taunting spirits wanted no part of me, so they went back down inside. The man had a lightning bolt tattoo on his face like Voldemort in Harry Potter had. The man identified himself as Voldemort. I noticed it was another spirit that was up and not the man. From that day on I was always intrigued that a demon chose to represent itself as Voldemort. And with Voldemort were Legion. Off and on I saw that homeless a few more times on the streets. He mostly manifested Voldemort whenever I was around him. I always thought this was an interesting encounter from the Harry Potter lore. Is it demonic? Does it have demonic roots? There is something about Harry Potter that fuels dark angelic realms do to the world wide popularity of the series.

I hope there is a convincing case here about duplicity and how it enters the church through the Harry Potter intellectual property. I know there is even a priest at Yale who teaches about Christianity and the benefits of Harry Potter fiction. The course points out the Jesus like aspects in Harry Potter. Again this is Luciferan duplicity. Forget Jesus, magic is what you need and it does it in the place of Jesus.  You can’t fight darkness with darkness. But the Luciferan agenda wants you to think so.

I can speak volumes on Harry Potter and the occult, but I want to keep the fireside chats to vignettes, in a matter of speaking.

Some of you Christians may flame away at me. Go right ahead. I just pray you never have to walk in my shoes to find out why the Holy Spirit has me convicted in this manner.

Next fireside chat I will continue to poke the stick in the hornet's nest as I discuss Christian duplicity and yoga.

FG2HR - The Nephilim

A Field Guide to the Heavenly Realms - The Nephilim

There were GIANTS in the land!

Who were the Nephilim?
Are there races of giants in the Bible?
Were there evil angels who tried something far more sinister than Satan and are now in a prison of eternal darkness for their rebellion?
Did Peter and Jude believe the Nephilim were offspring of evil angels and human women?
Did God flood the earth because of these evil abominations?

These topics are examined in the FG2HR - The Nephilim!

Blessings

More Bad Advice from The Dead Files - The Dark One

I primarily only tune in to watch, The Travel Channel's The Dead Files, for the last ten minutes of the reveal. To see what horrible advise Amy is going to give the family in trouble. Don't get me wrong I watched the entire episode. I really like Steve and think he does a great job in his research. It's the REALLY bad advise from Amy that is hard to comprehend. Where does this stuff come from? I am presuming she is a wiccan or a universalist. Or something. Anyhow. I digress.

The episode, The Dark One, S06 E06, aired Saturday 08/16/14, about a family in Abilene Texas, living a demonic nightmare is no exception. Amy's involvement with this stuff is to the point where it is nerve racking. In this episode Amy goes into a Christian home and advises the people to bring a voodoo priest in to stop the supposedly voodoo summoned spirit by a long deceased slave. Amy terrifies the family and tells them if they don't do this, or any one from the family is missing from the African voodoo ritual, this inhuman African voodoo spirit will single the individual out and torment them. ---REALLY???

Amy knows flat out these people are Christians. Is there no church in Abilene Texas capable of exorcising a house? I think not! I don't know what happened to get this family to this point. But for Amy to tell even the grandmother in so many words, that God isn't big enough to stop this - they should have thrown Amy out!

I would like to speak to the family. There are Christians who know how to fight spiritual warfare at this level and magnitude.

The entity is a demon. Forget the misinformation from Amy's familiar spirit. You will need to get with a Christian ministry team that knows what they're doing. And that's the clincher on this. There are deliverance ministries - and then there are real spiritual warfare teams. There is a huge chasm in understanding in spiritual warfare between the two.

For starters, as in this situation, the family will first need to repent for doing the voodoo cleansing ritual in their house. The voodoo ritual brings in more demons. The activity will also resume and on a greater magnitude. Since the family brought in the voodoo priests - they can't move away form the house to evade the demonic oppression. They have brought it in under the agreement of working with Satan. Again, a team that knows what they're doing and has battled at this level will know how to assist someone experiencing this oppression.

The demon oppressing this family isn't all as powerful as Amy made out. Demons have power, but once you have repented and realigned yourself with Jesus, the demon will submit to your spiritual authority.By submitting to spiritual authority I mean ordering the demons to leave under the authority of Jesus Christ. Again, with as much as is going on in a house like this, I would work with a special ministry team or a Roman Catholic exorcist.

In my bouts with voodoo, I have had to deal with high level voodoo priests. we do things a lot differently than paranormal investigators and wiccan psychics. We know the power of our God Almighty and so do they. I have seen with my own eyes where voodoo priests stopped because, quote "I see Jesus is here!".

Voodoo is Satanic. Satan is the king of the demonic. Voodoo (Satan) won't run off his own. I think Jesus already scolded the Pharisees about a house divided.  The ritual was in favor of the devil. You now have made a pact with the devil by performing the ritual in your house and you need to break it. The illness in your home will only get worse. Rituals open doorways to things far worse with higher spirits that want to be worshiped! Your house is now unholy grounds. Take it back! This is beyond a simple house blessing now that you have involved the occult.

Listen to your grandmother. She was right. You just need to understand how to engage the enemy and what the protocols are on this battlefield. You can take your house back!

I am here if you should ever contact me.

...and Christians! Quit contacting the occult for HELP!!!

Author Addendum 12/17/2017

It's amazing that this article was written in 2014 and still gets heated responses from occult practitioners. Can a Christian remove a voodoo spirit?

I am adding this addendum to provide answers to my statements on this blog. I receive numerous comments from followers of the show, and many are occult or voodoo practitioners. The comments tend to have the same general flow to them, and look like this (an actual comment),

This is rubbish, you don't know how strong this entity is because you've never experienced it.  I know what this thing is and what's capable of, it is not a Demon it's something more ancient and much harder to get rid of, it's brought from voodoo and it has to be expelled with voodoo, I do believe in God but an exorcism or anything of the sort is not strong enough to battle this thing. Now if you don't believe in voodoo or find it unholy it's your opinion and it's fine, but do not bash Amy over things you don't comprehend I don't think it's not fair.

Let me break this down, and respond, in the opening statement,

you don't know how strong this entity is because you've never experienced it.

I am a Christian minister with an advanced spiritual warfare ministry, M16 Ministries, that works, around the world, exclusively with cases of the occult. Yes, we have tackled dark voodoo at this level, and darker. And yes I have experienced this level of warfare, in many of our ministry cases. I am NOT arm chair quarter backing my blog entries. These cases are documented on my blogs, and in my books. These spirits of voodoo never prevailed going up against the Name Above of All Names, the Ancient of Days, the Great I AM, the creator of the heavens and earth, the Lord Jesus Christ. It's just the simple facts and the TRUTH!

Let's address the next line item,

I know what this thing is and what's capable of, it is not a Demon it's something more ancient and much harder to get rid of, it's brought from voodoo and it has to be expelled with voodoo, I do believe in God but an exorcism or anything of the sort is not strong enough to battle this thing.

Many voodoo practitioners don't understand the level of darkness they are dealing with. There is a high level of deception, which is exchanged to the practitioner in the form of dark power. Are these spirits harder to get rid of? Yes! Many Christians don't understand the difference between low-level demonic deliverance and exorcism. The pastor or minister will go in and try low-level demonic deliverance and get clobbered. This level of the occult requires special prayer ministry teams that know how to battle in this degree of warfare. It is very different. Exorcism is where the minister and team petition the Lord Jesus Christ to remove the spirits. It is always effective if the parties under attack follow the instructions of the minister. Get that? It is always effective if done properly!!! These spirits are not stronger than God! The lie that the spirit is more ancient and harder to get rid of? It is not more ancient than its creator. Who is the creator of ALL things? Jesus Christ. All things were created for Him and by Him. Every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is the King and Creator. I have witnessed this first hand in my battles.

Finally, response to the last word,

Now if you don't believe in voodoo or find it unholy it's your opinion and it's fine, but do not bash Amy over things you don't comprehend I don't think it's not fair.

I do believe voodoo is real. I have been all over the world, and I have ministered to high-level voodoo priests who saw the power of God and converted to Christianity. Jesus spoke to them in supernatural ways through dreams before I showed up. These souls were shaken to their core by the message in their dreams. Again, this is not my first rodeo.

As for the show, The Dead Files, it is an atrocity in how to handle spiritual warfare (and so is Ghost Adventures for that matter). Any true Christian follower should not be using any advice Amy offers. Or follow any paranormal advice for that matter!  Save your hate mail that I am an intolerant Christian. I am only intolerant of lies. I have spent over a decade at this level of spiritual warfare. Christians don't need to go to Amy for her new age advice.

House Blessing and Exorcising a Home with Demonic Activity Part II

Initially Screening the Client

We're continuing on with our series in House Blessing and Exorcising a Home with Demonic Activity, if you missed the first article, you can find it here in Part I. Let's continue on with the second installment.

Your team or your church just received a phone call that a house is under demonic attack. What do you do? The very first thing you need to do is treat the situation as a crime scene. It is your job as the leader to be the skeptic and determine that the situation is NOT demonic. There are two things in the past four years that have increased my workload for my ministry. Those two things are paranormal shows and churches getting into low-level (demon) deliverance. By low-level deliverance, I mean curse breaking, bondage breakers, and so forth. Low-level deliverance means you are dealing with low-level demons, and nothing from the angelic realms (exorcist territory). With the rise of paranormal shows my workload increased because people started believing that the noise their washing machine is making, as it is slowly dying, is sign of demonic malice in their home. In the low-level deliverance arena, Christians are no longer taking responsibility for their own sanctification and transformation anymore and are blaming EVERYTHING on demons. Just to throw out an example, “I am cheating on my wife, I need deliverance!” I mean, seriously? Or, my husband needs deliverance because he isn’t a Christian. Deliverance has become the MAGIC bullet for all the Christians problems. Deliverance is a component of the sanctification process of the soul but God expects you take some sort of responsibility in your own life! I receive many phone calls from husbands who are unfaithful and blame it on demons. I instruct them, through my counsel, that they can take a Cleansing Streams 10 week course, that I instruct, and have them speak with their pastor. They always insist they JUST need DELIVERANCE. I don't work with people like this. It shows me they have no intention of taking responsibility for their own sinful behaviors. Which is what breaking free from bondage is. Everyone who contacts me insists they need deliverance or an exorcism. For many, if they led the Christian life they pretended to walk, the demonic torment would leave.

Discern Mental Illness from the Equation

Christians are also blaming demons for medical issues. True sickness, decay, and death are of the enemy, but I have seen people rely on deliverance and blame demons for their children or loved ones mental illness. We had one individual who O.D.ed on home made drugs. This person was brought down in the prime of their life and was barely able to function properly as they used to. We had family members insist it was demons. The fact of the matter was the individual needed long term medical care. When the person was brought to me, my team and I would pray for healing in the mind and not cast out demons. People have brought loved ones to me with mental illness issues and told me that other deliverance teams held the person down to cast demons out of them. Obviously, not all the church body belongs in deliverance ministry. Some need to work more on themselves then deal with the sins of others.

Just be aware that when you get these e-mails and calls you need to be thorough. I am a Christian counselor who works with Ritual Abuse survivors. From experience, I know what questions to ask people, many times, when they’re shouting demons, demons, demons! There is something else going on mentally and spiritually. Remember, exorcism is pastoral care for the soul. As an exorcist you need to make some hard calls as to whether the person coming to you needs psychologist, a counselor, or an exorcist. 85% of the time it’s the first two choices. I am pretty established in the San Francisco bay area, so I get referrals from Christian counselors and on occasion from psychologist who deem the situation paranormal. Which helps me, because they already did the leg-work in the investigation for me. Experience helps a lot too. Many cases are extremely weird and you need a firm understanding in the spiritually weird. By weird I mean I have repeatedly seen and worked with things most pastors would call me a liar and not believe exists or happened. Most pastors also believe the devil is powerless. He is not. He is defeated - but not powerless! If you don't understand this then you seriously lack a comprehension in the dominion of your spiritual authority.

Discern Dissociation Triggering from Demonic Manifestation

Another issue is dissociative identity disorder, (D.I.D.) or what I call the frustration of the deliverance minister. Many women I have worked with were D.I.D., which is a fracturing of the soul through severe trauma. Different identities can be triggered and many times deliverance ministers think these parts or identities are demons. They’re not, they’re fragments of a human soul. Some of the women I worked with have horror stories of being thrown out of the church by their own pastors. The pastor couldn't discern the D.I.D. triggering from a demonic manifestation. If you have D.I.D. do not let anyone use deliverance ministry on you or any other form of church inner healing ministry. Only a hand full of ministries currently understand this. I have seen some paranormal shows where I could see the person was D.I.D. and people were portrayed as demonized.

Make Them Come to See You

If you have discerned over the phone something is valid about what's going on, you're next step is to arrange a meeting with them. Never run out that day or that night. This isn't urgent care!  The recommendation I can make is to insist the person, or people under oppression to come to your office and see you.

I am also a minister that teaches and ministers with Cleansing Streams Ministries. I have recommended to people to take Cleansing Streams classes and to go to the retreats. I have seen a lot of the same problems over and over again. The reason I recommend Cleansing Streams is because it teaches people to take authority and responsibility over their own problems. This is how you get set free and stay set free. Again, many people think deliverance is magic curse breaking. The truth of the matter is Christian's keep returning to their own vomit and stay in bondage. For the ones I do recommend this ministry to, when they blow off my advice to go to Cleansing Streams I am usually done with them. They don't want to take responsibility over their own life and actions.

Many people are obsessed with their own demons and want you to drive out and prayer for them. Not to get healed, but for you to drive out on your day off, usually a Saturday, and waste your time with them. This is demonic. These people have a comfortable relationship with their demons. They feed off people coming to pray for them so the demons bring these people the attention they need. Learn this now. Some Christians like their demons. These are spirits of distraction and they are everywhere! I weed these out by making people come to the counseling office to meet me. The spirits of distraction don’t usually want to come to an exorcist’s office. So they decline the offer and my Saturday is free once more. Typically, I never hear from them again and they move on to the next deliverance ministry. They always call on weekends and they want urgent care. But it’s never urgent enough for them to come see you. They sound urgent in the phone call and they make their home sound like it’s Bobby MacKey’s Music World with all the demonic activity going on.

I have had a few that did show up to the counseling office, but they controlled the conversation so you could never get a word in edge wise. Put a 2 hour cap on your meeting so if this happens, you have an exit strategy. The sign of this distracting spirit is always talking and never allowing you to pray for the them.

Inexplicable Torment Proverbs 25:2

As you mature in your ministry you will learn there are some cases that are simply inexplicable. For the novice deliverance minister, whenever they get flustered they will blame the unexplainable spiritual attachment on a lack of releasing forgiveness. The fact of the matter is, God is sovereign. We aren't always owed an answer as to why severe torment is taking place. I have worked with some very devout followers of Christ who have been horribly tormented by demons. Cases do exist where an individual didn't open up a doorway through sin and they are under demonic attack. These cases are rare. Sorry to bend halos, but good Christians can have demons. Why? We don't know. Perhaps it is for some inexplicable trial from God for which we're not supposed to understand? I don't know. An example of such a torment is the late Padre Pio. He was Roman Catholic priest who had mystical experiences with God and yet the demonic would horribly torment him. These cases do exist, I have seen them, and I refer to Proverbs 25:2 when I don't have an understanding in these matters. God doesn't owe us answers.

When It's Time to Consider the House Blessing

You will get smarter as you minister more. The initial contact, the client call or e-mail is important. They need to prove to you they have a situation going on before you act. When the party has started turning me towards something is going on in their lives I invite them in for a meeting. Usually, if the situation is demonic, there is a spirit attachment and it will manifest in some form in the office session. If this occurs, I will schedule a house blessing. Usually, we do as much work as possible in the office visits, then move to the house blessing. If we can shut down the spiritual attachment in the office, the house activity usually subsides as well.

A lot of information about the crime scene can be assessed from the office visit. It is extremely important that you bring in the person who the activity is centered around to sever the spiritual attachment. You must speak to that person alone and not let a spouse or a parent come in to the session with them. You need to hear their story and you need to hear it straight from them. You will find out a lot by just having the person alone with you and another minister in the room (I like having a woman minister with me it helps balance the session as well as put women and children clients at ease). You will gather more information in just letting the client speak and tell there story. If there is spiritual activity, never start out with a Bondage Breaker style session with a questionnaire. The questionnaires steer you to a probable solution. I have come in behind deliverance ministers who told me this and that was going on based on the answers from a Bondage Breaker's style question matrix. Only to completely miss, for example, the individual was molested by a family member at a very young age. And that was the root cause of the spiritual attachment and not a gypsy curse or a ghost in the house. It took 2 long hours for this individual to tell us what was going on. From that they were able to discern what was going on. And for the first time they put together that their older sibling was being molested by their step father, which is what caused the sibling to molest them. The realization wasn't put together by them until they told us their story. We were able to set them free from the spiritual activity in their home because the root cause were spirits of molestation and perversion. They were generational curses manifesting in the physical and tormenting. We have done a lot of significant warfare in the office and shutting down activity by just listening to the individual tell their story. Sometimes the spirit will manifest when the person stumbles into the part of the story the spirit started the attachment at. Never lead the person in their story. Just sit back and listen and take notes.make note of all the ungodly beliefs that come out of their mouth too. Such as, "I always felt like I should never have been born, or I felt I was never good enough", and so forth. It's not uncommon for the story session to take up to 2 hours. Usually, a person is set free by just divulging the truth to someone. For this reason, we don't let spouses, family members, parents or anyone in with us during the session. It could be one of those family members who are the root of the bondage and spiritual attachment. The session is about creating the space for the individual for the truth to surface. I hope the light bulb is going on now as to why the paranormal psychic and the paranormal lead exorcist as not effective in severing spiritual attachments. Jesus came to heal the broken hearted. By His wounds you were healed. Your job is to sever the demonic attachment from the mind and heart. The true office of the exorcist is pastoral care for the soul (mind and heart).

We don't do a lot of house blessings anymore. When the attachment is severed in the office session we work with the individual to sever it completely. We use our own book, A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare to work with these individuals and help them stand in their own spiritual authority. That's how the victory in the battle comes, when the person makes a stand against their own demons. Churches don't teach spiritual authority. My opinion on that is because it is something that is caught and not taught. I remember in my early days as a deliverance minister. I met people who read every book backwards and forwards on deliverance on deliverance. They were full of advice, but they were ineffective in deliverance ministry or never expelled a demon. This is because they don't understand their own authority in Jesus Christ. Whenever, I speak with people on low level deliverance ministry they always ask have you read this book or that book on routing demons and demonology? I tell them no, because I understand who I am in Christ and the extent and dominion or my spiritual authority. Besides, most books out there now are all re-hashes of old books. I don't but deliverance books anymore. Buy a book on intercessory prayer or something, you will benefit greater in the long run.

Like I side, we don't do many house blessings anymore. Usually, if there is ritual defilement (possible heavenly realm incursion by forces of darkness) or an existing spirit in the home, we'll form the house blessing posse~.  In the early days, we were called out to a lot of homes, because of paranormal shows influence, that were NOT haunted!!!! It got to the point where I could put together a posse~ for an office prayer session, but no one wanted to go bless a house. We blessed many a spiritless homes. My team consists of Christian mystics and we can sense and see spirits. My wife and I go through open homes for sale on weekends just to have some fun with our discernment skills.

We went through one local home that was for sale, it was around a hundred years old. I stopped in one room and felt a heavy oppression. I quietly got my wife's attention to come over to the room I was in. She said, "What?"As to why I called her over. Then in a moment, she said, "Oh wow! I feel that!" At that moment another women walked in the room, "Oh? Feel what?".  I just shrugged and said, "Feel the warmth of the paint on the wall." The woman looked at me like I was nuts.

There is one house on my local walk that I know is demonized. To the point, I know that it has objects moving. I can feel it every time I walk by it. I tried talking to the care taker of the property once, but he blew me off. Wasn't a very friendly guy.

So when I tell you there were no ghosts in some of the homes we blessed – there were no ghosts! And a lot of people call us without the consideration that we’re not compensated. So it was a waste of our time for a lot of house blessings. Never run out to do a house blessing! Treat it as a crime scene and collect information first. Now on the other extreme I have been on phone calls and skype where you could hear the demonic activity.

These are a lot of notes on how to handle the initial phone call. I would like to make a few comments on exorcism and the pastoral character involved in this ministry. It is not for everyone.

Some Comments on Being an Exorcist

Keep in mind, you start in the deliverance side of the ministry and God will promote you to the exorcist side through time (God's timing and not by a What Would Jesus Do exorcist correspondence course) and His training through the Holy Spirit. You need to be walked through this by Him. I warn people who said someone prophesied over them to a calling of exorcism. Always test the spirits and ask God for His confirmation.  Exorcist are NEVER called they are DRAFTED into warfare. This is very dangerous work, for both the exorcist and the people you are working with. You need to keep in consideration, too, that you are under a constant heavy, unbearable state of warfare against you as you battle for someone else, or in our case, a lot of people.

Many times an exorcist is called to be an intercessor to come along side and pray in warfare with some who is struggling to gain back their compromised will. Intercession can be intense and God may grant you the spiritual favor of feeling this individual's burden. This mystic favor can stay with you until there is breakthrough with intercession. Exorcism is not a game or the next level in your spiritual warfare  development. It is special forces warfare. Many are a called - and few make it through the boot camp training  process.

These are long term battles and the enemy will do everything he can to destroy you, mentally, physically, and financially. You have only your faith that Jesus Christ will deliver you through this intense battle as you work with Him to assist others in overwhelming supernatural battles. These are supernatural battles and you must understand what that means to walk in the supernatural. When you are attacked, you are like a sniper behind enemy lines. If you take a hit, you must know how to extract the bullet and patch yourself up. That was no metaphor. The spiritual can manifest damage in the physical. You can't call your pastor at 2:00 AM when your deep in battle and the canon volleys are flying. You're special forces. There was a download right there that many of you need to go back and read. You must be covered by a church, and you must be solid in your walk with Jesus. When I walk in for prayer ministry or a house blessing, I don’t look like the usual exorcist, with the big cross in my hand. I usually show up with my Bible and a small bottle of anointing oil. I have the faith and the trust that Jesus is going to do something no matter where he sends me. I just have to make sure that this is a battle he is sending me into. Always pray to be released into every battle!

Most of all you must walk in humility. Humility is a life long sanctification process and it means talking responsibility and authority over your own sins.

To my other exorcist brothers and sisters in Christ out there – may God bless you and your families for all that you are doing.

Well, that's it for today. More to come.

Feel free to comment, slander, throw stones, or ask questions below.

Enjoy!

Comments on an American Haunting

It seems like Hollywood can't crank out these new shows fast enough. The new paranormal show, An American Haunting, premiered with 3 full episodes last week on A&E. I wanted to comment on these earlier but I didn't have the time this week. Not that I do this week either...

This show really got my attention because of the demonic activity in this. And the portrayal of how the paranormal community handles these cases. The sad thing is, teens and misguided adults, watch these as how to documentaries and become involved in ghost hunting or worse it acts as a gateway to the occult.

Someone has to pick these shows apart and tell the truth.

If you are one of the people who had your nightmare portrayed on a reality tv show and you haven't found any help in your problem contact me through our M16 Ministries web site.

If you require information on how to bless a house, or foundational information in starting a deliverance ministry, pick up a copy of my book.

When You Should Curse Break Before a House Blessing

In this video blog entry I give an example of why a house blessing may fail. When spiritual attachments are involved with people living in a home, the attachments must be removed first. And then proceed with the house blessing. I am trying out a new camera in this vblog. I am both the man in front of and behind the camera. My attempt to use the auto focus feature on the T3i was unsuccessful. Hey, live and learn. I totally respect Bear Grylls now and his one man show. The trials and tribulations of shooting on location and then going home to edit.

Here is the video blog for Thursday May 30, 2013. I discuss two interesting topics in spiritual warfare, clairvoyance vs. spiritual discernment and I discuss whether  you should do a Spiritual Curse Breaking before a Spiritual House Blessing.

Paranormal Exorcists - I'll Haunt You When I'm Dead

Seems like every time we turn on the bob tube now, whether it is BIO, A&E, Animal Planet, or SyFy channel, that there is a new gray cell killing paranormal series to purvey to their zombie audiences. Well, this week is no different, the Biography channel aired it's pilot, "I'll Haunt You When I'm Dead". As if the viewers weren't punished enough with endless ramblings from "My Ghost Story". And the next pilot to spew out, next week, "My Haunted <New> House", airs on Satruday May 4. I decided to arm chair quarterback the pilot episode of "I'll Haunt You When I'm Dead". I would have commented on "The Ghost Speaks", but the 5 minutes of my life I wasted on that one I'll never get back.

There was suitable material in "I'll Haunt You When I'm Dead" to have a video blog discussion.

Assisting Non-Christian Believers with Demonic Torment

How does a Christian assist a non-believing Christian who is experiencing demonic activity? Glad you asked. In this blog I will outline what our initial meeting at pagan or New Ager's house usually looks like.

First of all, you must ask yourself the question, are you the one who belongs in this fight. Many times Christians get over zealous and jump into a battle way above their pay grade. Yes, we were given authority over the demonic. But many Christians can't handle the midget demons in their own closet, then they go off and take on what they call "a giant". This is a remedy for a good old fashion spiritual butt kicking. It won't look very well if you go off half cocked into a battle, get beat up spiritually and quite possibly physically.

I didn't use to differentiate myself before from a deliverance minister, but now I do use the title exorcist. An exorcist is a minister who is operating under the anointing of God to assist individuals with long term and nasty battles against the forces of darkness and sometimes mental illness (from demonic forces). The anointing is critical because it protects you and helps you when severe demonic oppression is flung on you from warfare. This is a nasty demonic acid trip of depression to endure and it requires a supernatural battle. Many times while you're helping someone else. They don't call it spiritual warfare for nothing!

Many deliverance ministers cast out demons, bless homes and break curses. I started using the term exorcist because my ministry was recognized as such and operating at that level. At this point in ministry, your team includes therapists and doctors, It wasn't a self-appointed title. If you read my book, "A Field Guide to Spiritual Warfare - the Power to PULL the IMPOSSIBLE from the HEAVENLY REALMS", I discussed this distinction. An exorcist comes in where the deliverance minister needs assistance with warfare. I help other ministers that have gone into homes and got slimed by the demonic activity taking place there. Exorcism and deliverance ministry is not for everyone in the church body. We were given authority by God to deal with our own spiritual warfare. Many Christians are misguided and believe that gives them a license to go out and start a spiritual bar fight. Some Christians are "DRAFTED" and not called into higher levels of spiritual warfare. Exorcism can be a life threatening ministry and only those equipped should be involved. PERIOD.- End of my disclaimer.

How do you help a non-believer who experiencing demonic activity? Simple. The same way Jesus would have. In the western church we only recognize one category of Jesus 3-fold ministry. We only preach the Gospel. Jesus ministry was comprised of teaching the Gospel, healing the sick, and casting out demons. When I work with New Agers and Pagans, many times a one fold Christian with lack of spiritual maturity has already gotten to them and vehemently hurt them. This is the person who told this individual that they are going to Hell rather than love them as they were like Jesus would have. I know I just rattled some religious spirits reading that line. But it's how Jesus ministered. Remember in the last days of the church the Holy Spirit was poured out on all of us. Jesus is seeking all of us!

When I am called out to a pagan's or New Agers home I respect their beliefs and not try to convert them. They are in the midst of a personal and spiritual crisis. I walk into their home with the confidence that Jesus is going to do something and make himself real to this individual. I am demonstrating the true Jesus, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords. Not the false jesus they may know from the unitarian perspective of spirituality. Yes, you are operating in the miracles, signs and wonders - the three-fold Gospel of Jesus. If you never seen a miracle through prayer this is not a good scenario for you. Why? Because these people are spiritual and you're not going to be able to give them a fire and brimstone sermon when you yourself have never seen the supernatural like they have. Get the picture? Many Christians aren't walking in the power their own God gave them the authority and power to walk in. Unless you are walking in this, can hear from God, can pull down the power of heaven through prayer, you won't be affective. These people have seen the supernatural through the forces of darkness. And pretty much the predicament they are in stems from their own dabbling in darkness. White witches don't realize their power is dark.

When our team ministers in these environments we use prophetic ministry. When we meet the individual we listen to God for him to give us something meaningful about this person. Usually, it is deep and touches their heart. At the right moment, we share the word we got during the initial meeting with the individual. When they hear what we have to share - it puts our team in a position where their wall with Christians comes down a bit so we can minister. We let God do the talking. We walk on egg shells in these environments. Recall that Jesus sometimes performed healing miracles before he shared the Gospel. Same situation here. It's a woman at the well encounter (see John 4). There is a correct and positive way to demonstrate the supernatural realm of Jesus. Word of knowledge or prophetic word is the tool of choice through Jesus. And whatever you do, avoid your "So sayeth the Lord" malarchy. It may fluff you up at church, but if you're word is wrong. You just shut down the whole meeting. What I am saying, is, don't be afraid your word is wrong. Be more afraid it is offensive to the individual. "So sayeth the Lord" is overly religious and usually used by people in church who fake it until they make it - so to speak. You must be experienced at hearing God to do this. We can ALL hear from God! Do you ever wonder why all these people on ghost hunter shows buy into the lie that their kids are psychics? We are all spiritual beings and we all have the spiritual listening equipment. If you are a deliverance minister - get trained. John Paul Jackson's Art of Hearing God is a great place to start. My team trains churches too. So if you're in Northern California, look us up. We'd be glad to come out and train your church.

With these individuals, they are looking at you and waiting for you to sound like the immature Christian who is going to tell them they're going to Hell. Jesus loves people where they're at. It's important to build a relationship with these people and gain their trust. Jesus will give you a dead on word to get their attention. We always laugh when the people ask us where did we get our psychic training from. We tell them we're not psychic, we're trained to hear the voice of our creator.

When we make appointments with New Agers and pagans they are always blown away that we are not the typical (Western) Christians. We are there to build a relationship with the individual. Sure there is a demon in their home -but Jesus will deal with that.

When the initial meet and greet is over we ask for permission to walk through their home. We're not carrying an over-sized ornate cross like we just stepped out of a horror movie. Many times we just show up in plain clothes and carry a Bible or an ipad - and some anointing oil. That's it for the items we bring to a house with activity. The Jesus inside of you -the minister, is who is going to be doing all the work. You just need to be listening and moving with him and not in the opposite direction of him. So yes, you read that correctly, no ovulus, no spirit box, no K2 meter, no digital recorders, no video cameras, nadda - just a small flask of anointing oil. We like to travel light, minimizes setup time for the ministry. Then we walk through the house, and we discern where the spiritual activity is taking place in the home. Yes - we kick it old school. Believe it or not the Holy Spirit is more accurate that a K2 meter! And we walk through the home with the lights on! We're not filming a lame ghost hunting reality show. We're actually helping someone who is in spiritual torment.

It is common, during the discernment walk through, the demon will reveal itself because it knows an anointing when it sees one. We did not provoke the demon - which is extremely dangerous and should never be done - EVER! If a demon manifests it's good to have team members who understand their authority and identity in Jesus Christ. Because now you have entered the miracle, signs and wonders moment of the meeting.  It at this point, my ministry team gets the thumbs up approval from the non-believer. It is at this point the individual is physically witnessing the power and authority of God. At this point it is okay to vocally pronounce the authority of Jesus Christ during warfare. You must discern if this is the appropriate time to take action and remove the demon or to just demonstrate your power authority over it. God could careless about the demon, it's already been judged and is going to Hell anyway. God cares about the person you are helping. If they clearly understand the power they just witnessed it is time to discuss, after the encounter, and it is shutdown, what just occurred and why. Jesus only wants people to love him through the individual's own free will. This is when you explain the angelic spiritual war and that these creatures -demons, are in rebellion to the God most high. This is not a convert to Jesus or perish speech. This is the time to give them information on what happened and why. They must process what they witnessed and make some decisions. You must be mature in your walk and know that God is big enough to deal with this individual and give them time and space to process. Exorcism is essentially prophetic and process evangelism while operating in the miracles, signs and wonders. Many times, you just need to be a good listener, discern when to shut up, and listen to their story. Some people will come to Christ, some will over what seems to be a very long period of time, and some never will. Some people will run to God just to be healed from their pain and not seek Jesus. This situation in itself is a whole other can of demonic worms.

It is through YOUR sensitivity to the individual plus the miracles, signs and wonders, that hearts change during warfare. The heart must change before the demons are expelled. Otherwise, 7 more horrible homies will return. Not always the rule of thumb. If you can hear God on one or two  occassions he may ask you to do otherwise and evict the demons before repenting. I know - the religious spirit person's head just spun around again. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO GOD IN THIS MINISTRY!

This is not a methodology. It's building a relationship with the individual and understanding where they're at in their spiritual walk. I have used miracles, signs and wonders over the phone to help gnostics who called me. One gnostic went to a psychic and the psychic told them to call me! I didn't know the psychic. Sometimes God intercepts transmissions and gives psychics info. This person through a supernatural God was led to Christ. Using prayers and shutting down demonic voices over several phone calls this individual decided God was real. She had no where else to turn but to Jesus.

I have had power encounters with legion and shutdown their activity. Only in this case, the psychic didn't want to give up her legion of demonic spirit guides (we've seen this with Paul in Acts). In this case, the woman would rather be thrown down the stairs then seek Jesus. We broke off ministering with this woman. Her husband would call us every night for a week because we could shut down legion over a phone call on the speaker phone. But this individual didn't want Jesus so we couldn't help her any further. You must remember, this is all a process. Just because they reject Jesus now doesn't mean they won't call you back later. Exorcism takes time and it's all about the heart of the individual and turning their heart to Jesus. This ministry is not about kicking the BUTTS of demons. It is about the grace and mercy of God coming down and helping someone who is spiritually wounded - in their darkest hour.
